As with most things concerning our Divine Project the pull to track down this great soul was over whelming for me. We greeted each other as old friends and he has agreed to test, research and apply our technology in his clinic.

Dr. Erantha De Mel is the founder of the Neural Optimization Technique. We have been testing various digital players and are happy to report that we are able to replace the Sony 5 CD player. By-passing the internal amp allowed us to use the players as a pure frequency storage source. We loaded the Rejuvenation frequency program into the digital player and it exceeded our expectations. Last week I finally figured out why the FDA believes "scalar" waves are a fraud. As Rob can tell you, the sum of a scalar wave pair is zero. Being zero the pharmaceutical company controlled engineers decided it isn't there. Zero means nothing to their little minds.

My explanation to the FDA panel challenging a scalar wave "product" was that the physical waves were no longer present, but the non-physical, quantum field waves continue to be present. Before I could complete my argument, the division chief butted in and said: "Then you agree this is not a scalar wave product but a quantum wave or quantum field product."

I was stunned for a moment and did not respond right away, but the president of the company said something like: "You're right. We'll change our labeling right away." Everybody agreed and the meeting was adjourned.

Then I remembered my rule to always tell the FDA they are right and then later figure out a way to do what you want to do anyway.

The company decided to advertise their product as using scalar waves to create a quantum field where spiritual healing can occur. The FDA will accept this as truthful and reasonable advertising because they won the argument -- this is not a scalar wave product.

A precedent has been established: Scalar waves create a quantum field. The FDA will never challenge the concept that spiritual healing can occur in a quantum field. Scientific research is already proving the quantum field may indeed be the mind of God.

On February 12, 2003 I traveled to Oxnard, California to attend a meeting with Robert Lloy to discuss Scalarwave Technology and Scalarwave Structured Water. Dr. Enzo Ciccolo, a biologist with the Cooperative Nuova in Milan, Italy; Dr. Horst Felsch, who is the Director of the Civil Environmental Laboratory in Fieberbrunn, Germany; and Drs Engler and Kokoschinegg have performed experiments with water and have arrived at these special conclusions:

• Water is a Carrier of information; as a solvent it is the best known conductor of vibration, with information transfer possible without direct contact. (Ciccolo)

• Water possesses the ability to store information that has been impressed upon if from a given vibration for long periods (Engler and Kokoschinegg, 1988), as can be measured by specific electromagnetic wavelengths found in water; thus even after harmful physical substances are removed, their negative energy vibrational patterns, or "signatures" still remain, which can be traced back precisely to the original substances. • Water can retain the vibrational memory of a substance even after it is diluted beyond Avogadro's number, where no physical traces of the substance remain. (Beneviste) The name "Avogadro's Number" is just an honorary name attached to the calculated value of the number of atoms, molecules, etc. in a gram mole of any chemical substance.

• Water quality can also be evaluated by the amount of ultra-violet light it absorbs. "Poor" quality water will absorb higher amounts of UV light, while "good" quality water absorbs low amounts. (Ludwig)

• The minimum specific warmth and the maximum structural potential of water is measured at 37.5 degrees C, or the normal human body temperature (98 degrees F); this finding indicates that water at this temperature is at a maximal structure point to acquire a large amount of information.
